Say your vows in one of four stunning ceremony locations and choose from three spacious reception areas on the property. The luxurious riverfront pool and waterfall with wrap around timber verandah is a perfect entertainment area for you and your guests overlooking Clarence River views. A spacious master honeymoon suite also serves as a pamper room for the bride and maids prior to the ceremony.


Country charm with the Moondance Saloon reception venue (originally the barn and horse stables), a magnificent mature fig tree, and a dock capturing spectacular sunsets and moonrises on the waterway - provide your photographer with endless photo opportunities. Hot off the press: A one of a kind pontoon is now ready for couples to paddle 'Gondola' style along the waterway, creating a romantic arrival to announce newlyweds to their guests at the Moondance reception venue.

 

Every detail has been considered with a separate riverfront caterer’s support servery and bar, indoor/outdoor sound system, manicured lawns, lighting, fans, tiki torches, cozy fire pits and themed props such as a vintage ute and mobile horse float bar.

3 day venue only package, starts from $6600 includes set up day before, wedding day, clean up day after (no accommodation). The venue only package includes the Moondance Saloon reception venue, plus separate caterer's support servery and the honeymoon suite for bridal party 2 hours prior to ceremony.

CAPACITY
With extensive river frontage and spacious undercover barn and stables, this property can host up to 150 guests.

 

MARQUEE

Marquee off the riverfront pool area or the stable area is optional.

 

CEREMONY
There are so many picturesque locations on the property for wedding ceremonies; under the magnificent fig tree, at the horse stables, in the riding arena, or riverfront.  

 

CURFEW
11:15 pm

 

CATERING
This is a self catering venue and caterers must be organised by the wedding planner. A fully enclosed bar and kitchen service area is available for caterers, with 2 full sized refrigerators, 2 ovens, 1 cooktop, microwave, 2 sinks and plenty of benchtop and shelving space. All crockery, cutlery and glassware needs to be provided by the hirer or caterer. There is no dishwasher. Note: this facility is for caterers to set up and serve prepared food from ie; (warm, chill, garnish and set up for service) not for complete food preparation.

Live music with power available from the home.

 

PARKING
There is plenty of parking at the property.

TRANSPORT
Buses or taxis should be organised prior to the event. Access to the property is 1.5 km along an all weather, well maintained dirt road. Only 2 km to Yamba shopping and 6 km to CBD and beaches.

BYO. There are two full sized refrigerators (with freezers) in the kitchen service area.

 

TOILETS
Porta-loos are required at this venue.
